Membership & Scheduling

 

Membership in The Musical Mandala is offered month to month beginning on the 1st of each month. Membership includes four 45 minute sessions, learning resources, and an open channel of email/text/phone communication between sessions. Any group classes offered are included with membership. All the dates and times when we’ll meet during this period are determined at the time of sign-up. Sessions begin and end at the times agreed upon. I aim to schedule the same day/time slot each week for the month. Neither part-time enrollment nor single sessions are offered.

 

Rescheduling

 

A session may be rescheduled for good reason with at least 24 hours notice. For cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or not showing up for the lesson, the full session price will be charged. Any rescheduled sessions must be scheduled within the current month. Lessons not made up by then are forfeited. Emergencies and illness are exceptions to the rule.

Payment

 

Payment for the month is due before the 1st of the month by venmo, cash, or check. Make checks out to Paul Russell.
